- Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies.
- Proven ability to achieve set targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking in the Jambi area and surroundings.
- Result-oriented with strong market analysis skills.
- Placement in Jambi - Sumatera
Key Responsibilty :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Supervise daily sales activities and ensure effective execution.
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze sales performance and provide reports and recommendations to management.
- Handle negotiations with key accounts and major clients.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, and finance) to support business strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance loyalty through excellent service delivery.
