Requirements :
- Minimum education: Diploma III
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in handling authorized automotive workshops
- Familiar with Pekanbaru areas
- Proven experience in Business to Business (B2B)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Residing in Pekanbaru
Key Responsibility :
- Conduct sales activities for coating products/services (B2B).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including workshops, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and consultation to customers regarding coating solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide input for business strategy.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Report and analyze sales performance regularly to management.
