REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in a related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (logistics, warehouse, or inventory management).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems (ERP/WMS).
- Understanding of warehouse workflow and inventory control processes.
- Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Team player with good adaptability and time management skills.
- Attention to detail, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor stock levels across branches to ensure availability.
- Adjust inventory levels based on changing branch demands.
- Plan and manage procurement of goods to maintain optimal stock.
- Organize and oversee the distribution of goods to each branch.
- Identify and analyze stock movement to support planning and decision-making.
- Classify, evaluate, and propose solutions for dead stock or slow-moving items.
