REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 8 years in Modern Trade Sales (FMCG), incl. 2 years in NKAM role.
  • Experience handling national key accounts & MT Independent (MTI).
  • Familiar with working through external distributors.
  • Strong network with MT buyers (NKA & MTI).
  • Solid knowledge of distribution systems and Cost of Sales.
  • Skilled in trade promo planning & execution.
  • Proficient in B2B systems used by MT channels.
  • Strong analytical and performance evaluation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop & lead MT channel strategy and execution.
  • Analyze P&L and optimize pricing, promos, and sales targets.
  • Ensure sales target achievement and MT coverage.
  • Coordinate with distributor teams for stock and PO fulfillment.
  • Drive listing expansion and sell-out performance.
