REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaign and reporting.
- Experience in managing and coordinating with a digital marketing agency is a strong plus.
- A portfolio of successful digital campaigns is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially for collaborating with internal and external parties.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and digitally savvy.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social ads, and email marketing.
- Proficient with tools like Google Ads & Analytics, and Meta Business Suit.
- Able to write clear briefs and evaluate digital content quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies (paid & organic) aligned with company objectives across various channels such as website, Meta, TikTok, and others.
- Continuously monitor the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices for strategic innovation.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Agency (review & approve) to ensure the production and management of creative content
- Monitor social media performance and provide data-driven insights.
